Banana Bread



This is a healthy, delicious snack and makes a good evening meal!
It has no sugar, no maida and contains all healthy ingredients. So lets start!!

1 egg
1 cup wheat flour
2tbsp cranberries
4 ripe bananas
Milk as required
Choco chips as required
1 tsp baking soda
50 g butter non-salted





Beat the egg and add roughly chopped bananas to it. I like to keep them this way as I like the chunky texture.
Add wheat flour to the egg and bananas and mix well. Melt the butter and add it to the cake mixture. If the mixture is too thick, add milk to it. The thickness of the batter should resemble that of idli batter.
Grease a baking tin with butter and sprinkle some flour so that the cake does not stick to the tin.
Bake at 170 C for 50 minutes.
